One decade ago, a young woman vanished from Victoria. Now Victoria police are hoping a new sketch will help solve her mysterious disappearance. An age-progression drawing depicts what Emma Fillipoff may look like today at age 36. Fillipoff was 26 when she went missing on November 28th, 2012.
